Pro and Elite plan sellers get automated showing management through ShowingTime and an electronic Supra lockbox. Together, these tools let buyer’s agents self-schedule visits and access your home without you needing to coordinate every appointment manually — so you never miss a showing opportunity because of a scheduling conflict.
Showings and the electronic lockbox are available on the Pro and Elite plans only. Essentials sellers manage showing requests through the seller portal or directly with agents.

Your Supra electronic lockbox

The Supra lockbox is a small, tamper-resistant box that attaches to your front door knob or railing and securely stores a physical house key. Licensed real estate agents can open it using the Supra eKey app on their smartphone — the same system used for agent-listed homes across the country. Delivery Your lockbox ships after your plan is activated. Allow 2–3 business days for it to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking notification by email once it ships. Setup
1

Set your combination

When your lockbox arrives, follow the included instructions to set a four-digit combination. Record this in a safe place — you’ll need it if you ever need to open the box manually.
2

Load your house key

Place a copy of your front door key (not your only key) inside the lockbox shackle compartment.
3

Attach the lockbox to your door

Loop the shackle around your front door knob, railing, or a fixed exterior fixture. Close the shackle until it clicks locked.
4

Confirm access in your seller portal

Log in to your Fortify seller portal and confirm your lockbox is active. This enables agent access tracking through the Supra system.
Who can open it Any licensed real estate agent with an active Supra eKey subscription can open the lockbox using the Supra eKey mobile app. The system logs every entry, including the agent’s name, license number, and the time of access — giving you a complete record of who has been in your home.

ShowingTime automated scheduling

ShowingTime integrates directly with your MLS listing and handles showing coordination automatically on your behalf. How it works Buyer’s agents request a showing time directly through ShowingTime — either through the MLS, Zillow, or the ShowingTime app. You receive an instant notification by email or text with the requested date and time. Depending on your approval settings, the showing is either confirmed automatically or held for your response. Approval settings You control how showing requests are handled. Configure your preference in the Fortify seller portal:
SettingWhat happens
Auto-approveShowing requests are confirmed instantly without any action from you
Approve with confirmationYou receive a notification and must confirm or decline within a set window
Call firstThe requesting agent is prompted to call you before the showing is confirmed
Set ShowingTime to auto-approve during active listing periods so no showing opportunities are missed.
Showing feedback After each showing, ShowingTime automatically sends a feedback request to the buyer’s agent. Agents are asked to rate the home and leave comments. You can review all feedback in your Fortify seller portal under Showings → Feedback. Feedback from multiple agents often reveals patterns — recurring comments about price, condition, or presentation can help you decide whether to make adjustments.

Managing showings on Essentials

On the Essentials plan, your MLS listing includes your preferred contact information. Buyer’s agents typically reach out by phone or email to schedule a time directly with you. You coordinate and confirm each appointment on your own schedule. If you find that managing individual showing requests is taking more time than expected, you can upgrade to Pro at any time to add the Supra lockbox and ShowingTime automated scheduling — with no upgrade fees and no interruption to your active listing.
