The three plans at a glance
Fortify offers three plans at different levels of broker involvement. All are $0 today; the flat fee is due only at closing if your home sells.Essentials — $995 at closing
MLS entry, full syndication, 25 photos, and email support. Built for confident, self-directed sellers who want professional exposure and will handle showings and negotiations independently.
Pro — $2,495 at closing
Everything in Essentials plus an electronic lockbox, ShowingTime automated scheduling, unlimited edits, unlimited photos, broker pricing review, and priority support. Most sellers choose Pro.
Elite — from $3,995 at closing
Everything in Pro plus active broker guidance for pricing strategy, offer review, negotiation, inspection response, and closing coordination. Fee is tiered by sale price up to $3M.
How Fortify differs from FSBO and full-commission agents
