Fortify Listing Services provides brokerage-supported real estate listing services that allow property owners to submit properties for listing on participating Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and related marketing platforms. Fortify operates as a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Florida.

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. By using the website, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Listing Submissions

Users submitting property listings agree that:
  • The information provided is accurate and truthful
  • They have authority to list the property
  • Submitted content does not violate any laws or MLS rules
Fortify reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate applicable rules or policies.

4. Brokerage Relationship

Submitting information through the Fortify platform does not automatically create a brokerage relationship. A brokerage relationship is established only upon execution of a formal listing agreement between the property owner and Fortify Listing Services LLC.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees and commission structures are disclosed through our pricing materials and listing agreements. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with system functionality
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by Fortify Listing Services LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
