This document is provided for informational purposes. Actual fees and obligations are governed by the executed listing agreement between the seller and Fortify Listing Services LLC.
Effective Date: April 1, 2026. This Statement of Charges and Payment Terms applies to all listing agreements entered into on or after that date.

1. Service Fees

Fortify Listing Services offers listing services through various service plans. The applicable service plan and pricing will be disclosed prior to entering into a listing agreement. Service fees may include:
  • Listing service fees
  • Optional service add-ons
  • Transaction coordination services
  • Buyer representation services
  • Administrative or processing fees
The specific services included depend on the selected plan.

2. Payment Timing

Unless otherwise stated in the listing agreement, primary service fees are typically payable at closing of the property sale. These fees are normally paid through the settlement agent from the seller’s proceeds at closing.

3. Optional Services

Optional services selected by the seller may require payment at the time of ordering or at closing, depending on the service. Examples may include:
  • Professional photography
  • Yard signage
  • Marketing upgrades
  • Contract negotiation support

4. Payment Authorization

Users of the Fortify platform may be asked to provide a valid payment method to authorize certain charges permitted under the listing agreement. Providing payment information authorizes Fortify to charge applicable fees consistent with the terms of the listing agreement.

5. Cancellation and Early Termination

If a listing agreement is cancelled, withdrawn, or terminated prior to expiration, certain fees may apply. These may include:
  • Administrative processing fees
  • Reimbursement for services already performed
  • Agreed cancellation fees as outlined in the listing agreement
As of the effective date of these terms, all cancellation fees are fixed at $149.00. This fee applies only when a home does not sell before accepting an offer. Applicable cancellation terms will be specified in the executed listing agreement.

6. Seller Withdrawal or Off-Platform Sale

If a seller withdraws the property from the market or sells the property outside of the listing agreement during the listing term, fees may apply as specified in the listing agreement.

7. MLS Compliance

Listings submitted through Fortify must comply with applicable MLS rules and brokerage policies. Failure to comply may result in listing suspension or additional administrative requirements.

8. Changes to Fees

Fortify reserves the right to update service pricing and fee structures. Any such changes will apply only to new listing agreements and will not retroactively affect executed agreements.
