What to include when you reach out

Giving the team the right details upfront saves time for everyone. When you contact Fortify, include:
  • Your listing address — this lets the team pull up your file immediately
  • A clear description of your question or issue — the more specific, the faster you get an answer
  • Any relevant documents or screenshots — especially helpful for offer or contract questions

Getting to the right person fast

For offer-related or time-sensitive questions, Elite’s direct broker line is the fastest path. If you’re on Essentials or Pro and need broker guidance urgently, you can upgrade to Elite through your seller portal at any time — even after you’ve received an offer.

Common support topics

Log in to your seller portal, click Request edit, describe the changes you need, and submit. Turnaround is typically within a few business hours. Keep in mind that Essentials plan sellers have 3 total edits; Pro and Elite sellers have unlimited edits.
Your seller portal dashboard shows how many edits you’ve used and how many remain. This counter is relevant to Essentials plan sellers only — if you’re on Pro or Elite, your edits are unlimited.
Don’t respond immediately. Take a breath and review all terms carefully — price, contingencies, closing date, and any special conditions. If you’re on Essentials or Pro, use the seller portal to flag the offer to the support team and they’ll help you understand your next steps. Elite sellers should call the direct broker line right away for real-time guidance.
