What “broker-reviewed” means

When Fortify says every listing is broker-reviewed, that means a specific, human professional is responsible for your listing before it ever reaches the MLS — not a virtual assistant, not an automated form processor, and not an algorithm. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
  • A licensed broker reviews your listing data before MLS submission.
  • The listing is submitted under the broker’s license and remains under active broker supervision throughout your listing period.
  • The review confirms compliance with all MLS field requirements, photo standards, and applicable Florida real estate disclosure requirements.
  • Your listing enters the same MLS database used by every other licensed broker and agent in your market — on identical standing.

MLS compliance standards

All Fortify listings are held to the same data and quality standards as any agent-submitted listing. That includes:
  • Data accuracy — All required MLS fields are completed correctly before submission.
  • Photo review — Photos are checked for MLS compliance: no watermarks, no contact information overlays, and accurate representation of the property.
  • Disclosure fields — Required disclosure items are completed before the listing goes live.
  • Ongoing monitoring — Fortify monitors for and corrects any MLS-flagged issues during your active listing period.

Listing agreement transparency

Fortify believes you should understand exactly what you’re agreeing to before you commit. That’s why:
  • A sample listing agreement PDF is published on the Fortify website before you enter your address or any personal information.
  • The agreement clearly states the flat fee amount, cancellation terms, and the nature of the broker relationship.
  • There are no hidden clauses or exclusivity terms that prevent you from canceling your listing (subject to the $149 cancellation fee if no offer has been accepted).
You can download the sample agreement, review it with a real estate attorney, and return when you’re ready — there’s no pressure and no expiring offer.
