# Fortify Listings: Flat-Fee MLS with Broker Oversight

Fortify Listings is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage that lets you list your home on the MLS — and every major site buyers already search — for one flat fee due only at closing, not a percentage of your sale price. If a traditional 3% listing commission costs you $13,500 on a $450,000 home, Fortify Pro costs \$2,495 for the same MLS entry, the same broker oversight, and the same syndication to Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin. You keep the difference. Fortify is built for sellers who are capable and informed and want professional infrastructure without surrendering equity to pay for it.

## What you get with every plan

Every Fortify listing — regardless of which plan you choose — includes the same professional foundation:

## The three plans at a glance

## How Fortify differs from FSBO and full-commission agents

Most sellers face a binary choice: pay a traditional listing agent 2.5–3% and get full service, or go FSBO and keep the commission but lose MLS access, professional listing quality, and licensed oversight. Fortify is the path between them.

## Licensed and verifiable
